Great place to live. It is close to everything in a tremendous location. My family enjoys the pool area in the summer. They had a nice party event for the residents last summer. We enjoy it here very much.

I have lived at Menlo Park for 5 years and I love it here. The new owners have done a lot of upgrades and the place looks great. I have had a great relationship with the staff throughout the years very nice people. I have been fortunate to have great neighbors too.

This property looks great lately. New landscaping, carpeting in the hallways, now intercoms. The upgraded apartments are gorgeous. Management even holds events when the weather is nice. Maintenance techs are polite.
